We recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, freshly prepared, and full of authentic flavors. Each dish was well-balanced and beautifully presented, making the meal truly enjoyable. We tried the Royal Chicken Biryani and Nizami Mutton Biryani - both were exceptional and truly beyond words. The restaurant has ample seating space & Parking Space, ensuring comfort even during peak hours. Service was prompt, and although the place became completely full shortly after we were seated, the waiting time was managed well and was around 10 minutes. Overall, a great dining experience and definitely worth a visit.

Visited Paradise Biryani at IMAX and ordered the Nizami Mutton Biryani. It was priced at â‚ą479 and came to around â‚ą500 after GST. The biryani was excellent in taste and the ambience was very good as well. However, the rice quantity felt a bit less, and improving this would make the experience even better. The tea was outstanding, and the bakery items were also impressive. Definitely a must try spot.
It is an amazing place with a good food experience. The ambience was good. We visited with our toddler and the place was child friendly. Just that the waiter serving us was kind of slow and didn't feel like responding to our orders, otherwise it would have been a five star experience.

They handled orders smoothly and made sure everything was served fresh and on time, which added to the overall experience. Overall, a must-visit place for biriyani lovers. I also highly recommend trying their soup, which was delicious and well-prepared. While the restaurant boasts a pleasant ambiance and attentive service, you should be prepared for a bit of a wait due to the constant rush of customers. Despite the waiting time, the quality of the food makes every minute spent worth it.

We ordered Nizami Chicken Biryani and the overall experience was quite disappointing. The delivery took more than 30 minutes, which felt unnecessarily long, especially when you’re already hungry. When the food finally arrived, the biryani was extremely spicy—far beyond what most people would consider balanced or enjoyable—making it hard to really appreciate the flavors. On top of that, the pricing feels too expensive for what is being offered, so the value for money just isn’t there. Service was another major issue; the waiters were very hard to find, and customers are expected to have a lot of patience just to get basic attention. Overall, the combination of long wait times, overly spicy food, high prices, and poor service made the experience frustrating rather than enjoyable.

I would rate this place 5/5 for both food and service. The waiting time was minimal, and the quality of the food exceeded expectations. We reached the restaurant around 4:45 PM, and despite the time, the food was freshly prepared and served hot. We ordered the Nizami Mutton Biryani, which was flavorful and well-prepared, with a portion size generous enough to serve two people. We also tried a few additional mutton and chicken gravies, all of which were equally delicious. Overall, it was a great dining experience. I would like to specifically appreciate Sheikh Hussain, who provided excellent service. He was extremely patient, took the time to explain each dish in detail, and assisted us throughout the meal, which greatly enhanced our experience.
Everybody knows the brand value of paradise, its famous for a reason. I ate the veg options, the taste was really good. But the quantity is what will disappoint you the most. If you are going here, you are expected to spend more, but you need to consider quantity while dining here.
Definitely good. But NOT the best — I’ve tasted better at other hotels. In fact, I found the food served at their branches in Vizag to be more flavorful and satisfying. During peak hours, except a waiting time of at least 10–20 minutes. I must commend the staff for their sincere efforts in managing the crowd and trying their best to ensure everyone is comfortable. Overall, it’s an awesome spot for biryani lovers. However, if you're a tourist like me, looking to experience the best Hyderabadi biryani, this may not be the ideal place - doesn't quite live up to the rich, authentic flavors that Hyderabad is truly known for.

Had their signature mutton and chicken biryani and it was one of the best biryanis I have ever eaten. The flavors were rich, the meat was tender and perfect. The service was also good . It is truly a must try place for anyone who lovesi biryani.
